"Entropic Harmony" draws inspiration from Zen philosophy, which embraces the beauty of impermanence and the fluidity of existence. In Zen, there is an understanding that all things are in a constant state of change, and within that transience, a natural harmony emerges. This exhibition reflects that wisdom, exploring how entropy—the process of decay and disorder—can coexist with moments of balance and stillness. Just as a Zen garden’s perfectly raked gravel contrasts with the wild, untamed growth of nature, the works in "Entropic Harmony" reveal how chaos and decay can give rise to new forms of beauty, order, and insight. The collection invites viewers to find peace in the unpredictable, to see the elegance in imperfection, and to embrace the quiet symphony that arises when entropy and harmony are seen not as opposites, but as complementary forces.
Music plays a vital role in my creative journey. Each show begins with a carefully curated playlist that accompanies me while I create the images. The titles of the songs inspire the names of the pieces, adding an extra layer of meaning to the work. As a special touch, each show is paired with an Apple Playlist, which you can access through the following link: https://music.apple.com/us/playlist/entropic-harmony-2005/pl.u-qxylARBu2Ndkb3
